How is the body shaped by systems of power? How do emotions live inside us? What traces of history do we carry? And what happens if we begin to see the land and other beings as equal bodies too?

This body of work flows through three interwoven chapters: Traces, Descent, and Transmutation. Moving inwards and down into darkness – both physically and poetically – it explores our connection to the Earth as a space for reflection, transformation, and healing. The work imagines new ways of being, where bodies are entangled, interconnected, and constantly becoming-with one another.

The work maps a journey of bodily metamorphosis with the more-than-human, and asks how we might foster different forms of empathy and responsibility. It does not propose a neat answer; instead, it traces how feeling, falling apart and slowly re-assembling with the world and other beings can become a method for processing emotion, and sensing change.
